AeroComp Consulting offers three levels of services:

  1. Consultation and Analysis of business needs
  2. Project Management and execution
  3. Maintenance and Monitoring

The Consultation and Analysis of business needs involves an initial analysis followed by the formation of a team of experts managed by AeroComp's founder, Francisco Franco, in order to answer a specific requirement.  Requirements involve a business need that can be aided or complemented by technology.  Examples include:

  • Increased operational efficiency through process flow solutions, 
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) through enhancements to the an organization's public access points ( interfaces such as the Internet, Telephone service and customer service agents).
  • CRM through loyalty solutions such as reward and points systems.
  • Complete e-commerce and e-business solutions including internet marketing. 

Project Management and execution involves technology-specific assignments that answer a specific technological requirement.  Examples include the installation and management of a company's firewall to the setup, design and management of a relational database.

Maintenance and Monitoring is a form of outsourcing that has become extremely popular as companies recognize that a full complement of technical staff cannot be cost-effectively supported.  For this reason, AeroComp offers 24-hour web-based network monitoring solutions that allow AeroComp to identify issues and begin developing the response before traditional IT support departments can be called to diagnose the situation.  In addition, Aerocomp offers on-site support for complex and mission critical situations.
